Abir Brika
Born in Sherbrooke, she spent much of her childhood and adolescence in Tunisia before settling in Montreal in 2014. Passionate about the arts from a very young age, she first developed her artistic practice through pencil drawing before turning to acrylic painting, digital art, and mural art.
Introduced to the Montreal art scene in 2018, she quickly discovered the world of murals and collaborative creation.
Her work primarily features portraits of women in which the gaze and facial expressions take center stage. Straddling figurative art and personal interpretation, she seeks to create works that convey emotion.
