Marc Seguin
A Concordia University fine arts graduate, Marc Séguin is a multidisciplinary artist, painter, novelist and filmmaker. Since his first exhibition in 1996, he has been attracting the attention of critics and collectors alike. His paintings are included in the collections of several major museums, including the Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts and the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec. His work also includes five novels and a collection of poems. The first feature-length fiction film he directed and wrote, Stealing Alice, was released in 2016. In 2017, he directed the documentary La ferme et son État, a current portrait of the forces and aberrations of agriculture in Quebec.
