Tzanoulinos Praxitelis
Born in 1955, Praxitelis Tzanoulinos grew up in the village of Falatados, overlooking the sea, on the island of Tinos in the Cyclades, which is to say that his childhood was full of picturesque landscapes. The sculptor studied at the School of Fine Arts of Panormos before furthering his studies at the Athens School of Fine Arts in the 1970s. Taking part in prestigious shows from the 1980s on and frequently awarded prizes, Tzanoulinos today teaches sculpture and stone conservation at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens.
