Artwork description
The mural //\\//\\ takes its unusual title from a pattern of crossing rail lines and tells the story of Town of Mount Royal and its heritage. Contemporary and very graphic, the mural illustrates not only the garden city’s urban development plan but also its birth through designs that evoke the Montreal melon, the Connaught Park rose garden, the wealth of green spaces and the importance of the railway for the Town.
