Artwork description

Viewable from both directions of the de Maisonneuve pedestrian tunnel, the two sets of 26 images conveys the story of a fictional species of maple tree – Acer Concordiae. As the sapling takes root then rises to prominence on the Montreal landscape, so too does the flourishing university which shares its Latin name and location.
