Cirque du Soleil

Website

Cirque du Soleil is a Quebec-based artistic entertainment company that has brought wonder and delight to more than 180 million spectators in more than 400 cities around the world. The idea of getting involved in the local art scene through an art collection was born was in 1997, during the inauguration of the International Headquarters in Montreal. Cirque’s goal was to inspire openness and creativity in its employees through contact with art. Its collection now features hundreds of works of all types, on display at the company’s headquarters in Montreal as well as its Las Vegas offices. As for the sculpture garden, Cirque du Soleil wanted to offer the community a public space where it could enjoy art daily.
