Comité Graffiti Lachine
The Programme Graffiti de l’arrondissement de Lachine was created by the ” Comité Graffiti ” in 2003 in order to develop strategies to counter illegal graffiti in the borrough. The group, formed by several social and youth actors from the community, is representative from the Lachine community. The Comité Graffiti only meets on necessity, the ” Programme Graffiti ” being now autonomous.
