The Édifice 1981 McGill College inc. building, like its name indicates, stands at 1981 McGill College Avenue, at the intersection of de Maisonneuve Boulevard and McGill College Avenue. This building consists of two towers, one 16 storeys and the other 20, with an area of more than 640,000 square feet. , Édifice 1981 McGill College is not only set apart by its architecture, its curtain wall and its unique configuration, but also by one of the most photographed pieces of art in Montreal, which adorns its main entrance: “The Illuminated Crowd” by artist Raymond Mason.
