Musée des beaux-arts de Montréal

Website

The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts (MMFA) is the most popular art museum in Canada. Its vocation is to acquire and promote works by artists of yesterday and today, local and international. Its collection is made up of more than 41,000 works from Antiquity to today.

The Museum expects to reach out to the widest and most diverse public possible by offering a rich educational program and providing a full access to the world’s artistic heritage. Also, in keeping with his mission, MMFA encourages his public to developing critical perception and learning ”how-to-be” merely ”how-to-do”.
