The Promenade Masson Commercial Development Corporation (SDC), founded in 1981, was born from the collective vision of merchants and professionals passionate about their neighborhood. Located in the heart of Rosemont–Petite-Patrie, Promenade Masson is a vibrant and authentic commercial artery, home to over 150 businesses and services, serving nearly 88,000 residents. With 140 dedicated members, the SDC acts as a catalyst for economic, social, and community development. It ensures commercial diversity, supports the establishment of new businesses, and advocates for its members with public authorities. In addition to energizing the street through festive events and beautification projects, the SDC helps foster a strong sense of belonging and promotes Promenade Masson as a welcoming, accessible, and deeply rooted place to live.
