Comprised of common electrotechnical materials, it transforms a concrete tunnel into a work of art. Shifting from a color to another, the luminous fluxes speed up whenever a passer-by whispers into a mike.\u00a0Its title refers to the journey of philosopher Gaston Bachelard (1884-1962), who was able to blend reason and imagination in his cutting-edge ideas.<\/p>\n<p>The artwork was created by Jean Dubois and Ghyslain Gagnon, the two also collaborated in another interactive work presented during the Biennale de Montr\u00e9al in 2011.<\/p>\n<h5>Photo : Lino Cipresso (2014)<\/h5>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A new artwork from the \u00c9cole de technologie sup\u00e9rieure (\u00c9TS) is added to Art public Montr\u00e9al\u2019s inventory!
