Each year, the Journ\u00e9es de la culture<\/strong>, organized by Culture pour tous<\/strong>, offer three days of free activities open to everyone, promoting access to arts and culture. The 2025 edition is no exception, featuring a rich and diverse program inviting you to rediscover Montr\u00e9al through the lens of creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this occasion, Art public Montr\u00e9al<\/strong> once again partners with the event and invites you to join two unique guided tours led by M\u00e9lanie Renaud, an art enthusiast and guide from Carpe Diem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guided Tour: Discovering Public Art in the Quartier des spectacles<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In the heart of downtown, set out for a 2-hour walk through the Quartier des spectacles and its surroundings. Murals, permanent installations, and artistic interventions punctuate the urban landscape, showcasing Montr\u00e9al\u2019s cultural and creative vitality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tour begins at Esplanade Tranquille and ends at Parc \u00c9milie-Gamelin, after a stroll filled with visual discoveries, anecdotes, and reflections on the role of public art in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enjoy a 2-hour guided walk through the Plateau-Mont-Royal, one of Montr\u00e9al\u2019s most iconic neighborhoods. Murals, sculptures, and artistic interventions reveal the history, identity, and creativity of this colorful and lively area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tour ends at the Mus\u00e9e des Hospitali\u00e8res with a special visit to the historic chapel designed by architect Victor Bourgeau and the monastery garden, a peaceful oasis in the heart of the Plateau. An immersive experience blending heritage, art, and nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
