Artwork description

The Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough commissioned MU to create a mural on its new chalet in parc Saint-Clément that evokes the history of the neighbourhood. The artist, known as Boris, used a very graphic style to create an interior triptych which represents the now vanished ruisseau Molson, a stream that once played an important role in the area’s industrial use. He also created two exterior panels, one illustrating the 1976 Olympic Games, and the other, the Viau cookie factory.
