In 2022 Diane painted a mural with MU called Flore 132. She is also painting the Stanley Murelle with the Montreal and MU tourism project.

Diane has a passion for visual art and its democratization for all. She believes in artistic curiosity and the power of developing critical thinking through visual art in young people. She believes that understanding and appreciating art can help people express themselves better and create a common community bond.

Her paintings are abstract, colorful and vivid. They perfectly interpret her sunny, energetic personality! Diane is proud to be part of the MU team and to do her part in MU’s ambitious, unifying projects.

Artwork description

The artwork depicts a sunrise over a semi-abstract landscape, echoing the emergence of this new neighbourhood and symbolizing the beginning of a new life for its residents. The mural also acts as an imaginary window onto the real sun rising along the extension of the esplanade behind the Jacques Cartier Bridge. The shades of blue and green create a link with the bridge’s colour.
