Founded in 2022, the Quartier des arts du cirque (QUAC) is a nonprofit organization that brings together citizens, artists, researchers, and entrepreneurs to make Saint-Michel a thriving neighborhood through urban, ecological, and social innovation driven by culture, for the benefit of the community, youth, and nature. This territorial development project is being realized through civic, institutional, and commercial engagement. The La 40 mural project aims to transform the space under the Metropolitan Expressway into a cultural, economic, and environmental hub that will shape the future of Saint-Michel and Montreal.
